About Mark
Mark has been a chef for over 30 years, specialising in cake decorating and pastry work. he was employed as a pastry chef for the first part of his career, now he works as a lecturer for local colleges.

Mark's Sweet Creations was created to show a unique series of mini training video tutorials, unlike traditional videos, you'll see it from a Point of View perspective, helping you master a range of techniques using different sugar mediums, to help you learn new or develop existing skills
